Seashore Ace Home & Outdoor Living is a family owned beach-lifestyle, home and hardware store located on 7 Mile Island in the heart of Stone Harbor’s Business district. The store first began in 1946 as an appliance store and has grown over decades in both size, scope and services offered. With a year-round population that swells from several thousand to more than 50,000 during the summer season, the unique circumstance of catering to residents, tourists, and contractors alike provides an always changing, high energy environment in a family-oriented, team atmosphere. Positions Include:

Beach Lifestyle Sales

Essential Duties:

• Gain a full knowledge of styles of Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Towels & Accessories for brands we carry, ranging from value, mid-price and high-end options.
• Stocking these departments on a daily basis from our in-house stockroom as well as requesting stock pulls from our offshore warehouse.
• Using computerized inventory/ Point Of Sale system for both stock keeping and sales purposes

Ideal Candidates:

• Have an upbeat personality ready to greet customers with a smile as they walk in
• Able to lift/ carry beach chairs from 2nd floor stockroom to 1st floor sales floor
• Flexible to the fast paced store environment in the summer season and willing to work weekends/ some nights

• Working with residential customers, designers and relators on immediate in-stock orders

Essential Duties:

• Build and Deliver a wide range of outdoor furniture and grills within the tri-state area
• Unloading delivery trucks and pulling stock from off shore warehouse quickly and efficiently
• Consolidating furniture on customer property and using heat guns/ shrink materials to neatly and adequately provide off-season furniture protection

Ideal Candidates:

• Self-motivated and able to be active for an 8 hour shift
• Detail-oriented when building high-end outdoor furniture
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
