Seashore ACE uses the UPS (United Parcel Service), and the USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipping needs. We insure all items that we ship for their actual value, this insurance is included in the shipping cost.
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected or entered on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered with us, you can select an address from your account, or create a new one. Just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. If you have any inquiries to see if an item that is not listed is in stock at the store, please contact us!
You can redeem your gift certificate by coming into the store. Gift Certificate must be present in order to be redeemed. If you are not in the area, you can also call the store with an order and we can redeem it that way.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED OR ALTERED. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. Special Orders are not returnable. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must posses the original manufacturer tags and stickers. Please clearly print/ type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Seashore Ace reserves the right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
Once your package has been received at Seashore ACE , your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from SeashoreACE.com.
